My daughter is 11. She is skinny. This bathing suit I believe is defective. The lower part fits perfectly as it should, she will be able to wear it for a long time. The upper part however is EXTREMELY tight. Something is wrong with that size or it might have been marked as size 12 and it is really a size 8. I did not want to go through the trouble of returning it so I am having it fixed somehow.
